Broad band data card is not giving proper speed

I had purchased the broad band data card with speed 153kbps, its hardly giving me speed of 5 kbps. Now they have lunched new high speed data card. not sure how people are feeling. My money gone wast to purchase 153kbps data card. and that does not have resale value in market.

Dear Pradeep, This is a deficiency in service as contemplated under the consumer protection Act. I recoomend you file a complaint in the Consumer Forum located in your vicinity. However before filing the complaint please make sure that you intimate your action to the company as to protect their goodwill, the company may decide to cure defect and award you some compensation as well.


Pradeep, I totally agree with you. Infact I`ve gone through similar pain, probably more. Can you believe I`ve been following up with Reliance data card people for 3-4 months? And everytime they give me false assurances. Anyway, its time we make them realise we are not going to take this lying down.
