ATM transaction issue

Respected,My name is Rajan Malviya. I have a saving account in Dena bank India. At 5 Nov I went to the ATM nearby my locality in Acharya Niketan\'s ( Karnataka bank ATM) in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. I insert my card into the machine to withdraw some money. When I inserted the card and my PIN number, it showed nothing. I cancelled the transaction. I gave it one more try and the same thing happened again. I just cancelled the whole thing and the ATM screen read Your Last Transaction Was Cancelled. But I was surprised and shocked to see that after 3-4 minutes I got a message that 10000 INR is debited from my account. How is that possible if I canceled that transaction. Please look into the matter as soon as possible for I don\'t want to lose my hard earned money. Please do whatever is needed.I Had Complaint in Bank but Did\'t get something from there
